n7bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of n7bd and all associated services. By accessing n7bd, you confirm you have read and accepted all terms set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and n7bd ("n7bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the n7bd platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services offered at n7bd.pro ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
n7bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where material changes are made, n7bd will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered mobile number or email address if provided.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on n7bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. n7bd reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or close accounts that do not comply.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. n7bd strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. If it is discovered that a person under 21 has registered an account, that account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at n7bd's discretion.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information including your real name, Bangladesh mobile number and any other information requested during the registration or KYC verification process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion period from n7bd or any other gambling platform. Players who have requested self-exclusion and attempt to re-register during the exclusion period will have any new accounts closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.
- You must register only one account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party identities, is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any balance held may be forfeited at n7bd's sole discretion.
3.2 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your n7bd account credentials, including your mobile number and password. n7bd will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, email or live chat.
- You must notify n7bd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. n7bd is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred before such notification was made, except where the unauthorised access was caused by n7bd's own negligence.
- n7bd accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not transfer your account, share your login credentials with any third party, or allow any other person to place bets or access your account on your behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number must be submitted to n7bd support with appropriate identity verification documentation. n7bd may require re-verification at any time.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
4.1 Deposits
n7bd accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods. All deposit transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform at the time of the transaction. n7bd reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
- bKash mobile wallet — minimum deposit ৳500. Deposits are credited to your n7bd balance within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. bKash deposits may be subject to daily transaction limits set by bKash.
- Nagad mobile wallet — minimum deposit ৳500. Instant credit on confirmation. Nagad deposits are subject to any limits imposed by Nagad's own service terms in force at the time of the transaction.
- Rocket and Upay mobile wallets — minimum deposit ৳500. Processing times may be slightly longer than bKash and Nagad during peak periods, though n7bd targets credit within 5 minutes.
- Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank or Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000. Bank transfers are credited within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard banking hours (Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00 BST).
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. n7bd reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 or where enhanced due diligence is required.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed the same business day if the withdrawal request is submitted before 18:00 BST. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays in Bangladesh will be processed on the next available business day.
- n7bd reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During verification, the withdrawal amount will be held in a pending state. n7bd will communicate the required documentation to you via the contact details registered on your account.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirements applicable to any specific bonus are stated in the bonus terms published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on n7bd, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and all other game types. Product-specific rules may be published within each game or product area of the Platform and supplement these general rules.
- All bets are placed and settled in BDT. The exchange rate applied to any non-BDT promotional display is indicative only. The BDT amount confirmed at the time of bet placement is the binding amount.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled. n7bd is not responsible for bets placed in error by the user, including cases of misidentification of an event, team, odds or market type.
- In the event of a technical fault, communication failure or any circumstance causing an incomplete bet settlement, n7bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Decisions made by n7bd in such circumstances are final.
- n7bd reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum win amount applicable to any user, market, event or game type at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Such limits will be communicated to affected users where practicable.
- Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. n7bd does not guarantee the continued availability of any in-play market and accepts no liability for market suspension, delay or withdrawal during the course of a live event.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
n7bd may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms published with each individual offer on the Platform.
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to your bonus wallet. Bonus funds are ring-fenced from your cash balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are stated in the specific bonus terms.
- n7bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time prior to its acceptance by a player. Once credited, bonuses remain subject to their stated terms. n7bd may cancel a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per IP address. n7bd reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a welcome bonus claim satisfies this requirement. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses are a breach of these Terms.
- Free spins bonuses credited to your account expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically 7 days from credit date. Unused free spins that expire will be removed from your account with no cash equivalent payable. Winnings from free spins are credited to your bonus wallet and subject to applicable wagering requirements.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on n7bd. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities. n7bd actively monitors for prohibited activity and employs fraud detection technology.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, simulate gameplay, gain a statistical advantage or otherwise interact with the Platform other than as a genuine human user is strictly prohibited.
- Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game or event, including match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of insider information trading, is strictly prohibited and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided. Players who identify a technical error must report it to support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
- Money laundering or any attempt to use the n7bd Platform to process, conceal or legitimise proceeds of crime is strictly prohibited. n7bd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other persons, using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit consent, or any other form of identity fraud are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
n7bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, for any of the reasons listed below or for any other reason that n7bd determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes a breach of these Terms or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any additional product-specific rules published on the Platform, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in prohibited conduct, or failing to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- At your own request: you may close your n7bd account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, closing your account will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any winnings derived from it. Your withdrawable cash balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
- Self-exclusion: if you request a self-exclusion period via the Responsible Gaming tools available in your account settings or by contacting support, your account will be suspended for the duration of the selected period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating new accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n7bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your n7bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form or basis of the claim.
n7bd is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if n7bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. n7bd does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
n7bd may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, n7bd will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance via their registered mobile number or email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
