Activating any responsible gaming tool on your n7bd account takes under two minutes. Follow these steps:

- Select "Responsible Gaming" from the account settings menu.
- Choose the tool you wish to activate (deposit limit, loss limit, time-out, session limit, or self-exclusion), set your preferred parameters, and confirm.
- The tool takes effect immediately. You will receive an SMS confirmation to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. Keep this as a record.
4. Deposit Limits — How They Work
A deposit limit is the simplest and most effective first line of defence against overspending. When you set a deposit limit on your n7bd account, the platform will refuse any deposit request that would cause your total deposits within the selected period (daily, weekly or monthly) to exceed your chosen limit. The limit applies across all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — so you cannot work around it by switching channels.
Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active. This deliberate delay gives you time to reconsider whether increasing your limit is genuinely in your best interest.
Available Limit Periods
- Daily limit: resets every 24 hours at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Ideal for players who want tight session-by-session control over spending.
- Weekly limit: resets every Monday at 00:00 BST. Useful for players who prefer to budget their gambling spend across a full week, including major cricket or football match weeks.
- Monthly limit: resets on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 BST. Best suited to players who prefer an overall monthly gambling budget aligned with their regular income cycle.
5. Self-Exclusion — A Firm Commitment to Yourself
Self-exclusion is for players who feel that taking a complete break from gambling — not just limiting it — is the right decision for them. When you activate self-exclusion on n7bd, your account is suspended for the duration you selected. You will not be able to log in, place bets, or access any gambling content on the Platform. Any active bonus balance is forfeited. Your withdrawable cash balance remains untouched and will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad or bank account upon request.
Available self-exclusion periods are: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely with no option to reopen. - 24-hour time-out: useful after a losing session or when you feel the urge to chase losses. Provides an overnight cooling-off period.
- 48-hour time-out: gives you a full weekend break, useful if you have noticed your gambling frequency increasing or if a significant sporting event (like a T20 World Cup series) has been drawing more of your time than intended.
- 7-day time-out: a full week away from the platform. Recommended as a first step for anyone who is unsure whether their gambling habits have become unhealthy but is not yet ready to commit to a longer self-exclusion.
7. Recognising Problem Gambling — Warning Signs

8. Protecting Minors
n7bd operates a strict 21+ only policy. No person under the age of 21 may register an account, make a deposit, or place a bet on the Platform. All accounts undergo age verification during the KYC process. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being operated by a person under 21, we will suspend the account immediately, void any pending bets, and return the account balance to the source payment method pending verification.
